Uptime and Maintenance Schedules
The Industrial App Store is a distributed architecture consisting of Apps, APIs, Data Connections and Data Sources. Although we aim to limit disruption to App Store services, occasional maintenance is required.
Our general policy is to roll out updates on the final Friday of the month, though exceptions may be made for high-priority items.

Maintenance Policy
Below is our policy for managing uptime.
- Production Intelligent Plant generally schedules updates and maintenance for Fridays 10:00–12:00 UK local time. Exceptions may be made for high-priority fixes. Refer to the Maintenance Calendar for upcoming events.
- Pilot / Beta / Canary Pre-production apps and services may be updated at any time without notice.
- App Store Connect App Store Connect updates are distributed via NuGet package feeds. Although updates follow our Production release cadence, you can control if and when to collect them. Contact us for more information.
